We are pleased to inform you that despite some difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, our team's unremitting efforts have been able to provide a Worm Planet Drive to the respected organization “NLC India”. After passing strict third party inspection tests, our products were able to meet all functional and quality requirements specified by our customers. This worm planetary drive is designed for use in crawler applications in bucket wheel reclaimers used in dusty, muddy and harsh environments. Loading conditions are very uneven for this kind of application. Fully complete output roller bearings handle high radial loads. The input to the gearbox handles the 90o shift of the electric motor with a worm and a worm wheel. The worm shaft is designed to have two termination inputs to be used as LH or RH. The inner solar and planetary gears are constructed of a high nickel chrome steel case hardened and polished according to DIN 6. The inner gears are 42CrMnO4 forged and hard nitrid
